This page tells you exactly how to delete your Production OS account, what data is deleted, what's retained, and how long retention lasts. We honor every deletion request — no questions asked, no retention games.
How to request deletion
You have two ways to request deletion. Either is enough — you do not need to do both.
1. In-app (signed-in)
- Sign in to Production OS at dashboard.agentgrowthos.com
- Open Settings from the navigation
- Scroll to Account & data
- Click Request account deletion
- Confirm the request
We will process the deletion within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation when the deletion completes.
2. By email
If you cannot sign in (for example, you forgot which email you signed up with, or your subscription has lapsed), send a deletion request to:
Include the email address you used to sign up. We will verify the request by replying to that address and then process the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When your deletion request is processed, we permanently remove:
- Your user account and all login credentials (magic-link tokens, Google/Apple SSO links, refresh tokens)
- Your name, email, phone, and any profile details
- All contacts, opportunities, tasks, notes, and documents you created or imported into Production OS
- Your Production Index (PI) Score history and KPI activity logs
- Your AI Assistant chat history
- Your workflow runs, scheduled tasks, and email/SMS message history within the app
- Any custom branding, theme preferences, and dashboard configuration
- Files you uploaded to your Production OS workspace
After deletion completes, none of the above is recoverable. The data is removed from our production database within 30 days of your request and from encrypted backups within 90 days.
What we retain (and why)
We retain a minimal amount of data after deletion, only as required by law or for fraud prevention:

| Audit logs of the deletion itself (timestamp, account ID hash, requester) | 2 years | Required to prove compliance with deletion requests. |
We do not retain any of your contacts, deals, notes, AI conversations, or workflow content past the deletion window. The only retained items are billing/tax records and an audit trail of the deletion itself.
Subscription and billing
Deleting your Production OS account also cancels your active membership at the end of the current billing period. If you want to cancel earlier than the billing cycle ends, email us at the address above and request a prorated cancellation. Stripe processes the refund within 5–10 business days.
If you used a Production OS affiliate link to subscribe, the referring affiliate's commission for past completed payments is retained in our affiliate system per Production Labs' affiliate terms. Future payments after deletion produce no commission since your subscription is cancelled.
