How do you track who I referred?
Cookie-based attribution via Rewardful. When someone clicks your affiliate link, a cookie sets on their browser. If they sign up and pay within the cookie window (60 days for Open, 90 days for Founding Member and Champion), you get credit. Last-touch wins — if multiple affiliates send the same prospect, whoever they clicked through most recently gets paid.
When and how do I get paid?
Monthly payouts, Net-30 after your referral’s payment lands. So if your referral pays us on June 1st, your commission for that month lands ~July 1st. Minimum payout $50. Payouts via Wise (international) or PayPal (US). Rewardful handles all of this automatically — you just connect your payout method when you sign up.
What about refunds and our 30-day money-back guarantee?
If your referral takes the 30-day money-back guarantee, you don’t earn commission on the refunded payment. That’s the reason for the Net-30 buffer — it gives the refund window time to close before we pay you. After the 30-day window passes, your commission is locked.
What page does my link send buyers to?
Your link routes them to /founding — the launch-cohort offer where Founding Members lock in 25% off forever and Charter Members lock in 12.5% off forever. Both tiers are capped. This is by design: your pitch becomes “sign up through my link and lock in lifetime savings before the cap fills” — urgency, scarcity, and savings stacked into one ask. We deliberately do NOT offer percent-off affiliate codes; cohort scarcity is the buyer’s incentive, not a discount that erodes pricing power. Champion-tier affiliates can add their own bonus on top (coaching call, template pack, etc.) if they want to differentiate further.
How long is “lifetime”?
The customer’s entire active membership. As long as they keep paying us, you keep earning. If they cancel and come back later (without clicking another affiliate’s link), you keep earning when they rejoin. Lifetime in the most generous reasonable sense.
Can I be an affiliate AND a customer?
Yes — that’s exactly what Founding Member is for. The moment your first paid invoice clears, your tier auto-upgrades from Open (20%) to Founding Member (25%). No paperwork.
How do I get promoted to Champion?
Two paths: bring us 5+ Solo customers, OR bring us one Brokerage / multi-seat Team customer. Once either threshold is hit, email affiliates@agentgrowthos.com and we’ll review. Champion adds custom co-branded landing page, asset library, and direct line to our team.
What can I NOT do?
Don’t bid on our brand keywords in paid search (“Production OS”, “Agent Growth OS”). Don’t spam. Don’t buy your own membership to earn commission on yourself (fraud, instant ban). Don’t use false claims in your promotion. The full T&Cs are short and reasonable.
